Permissions
• Location permissions are necessary to determine your current location to display nearby Synovus locations/ATMs and provide mapping directions
• Camera permissions are necessary for you to use the Mobile Deposit feature or to scan a Zelle® QR Code
• Internet access permissions are necessary for the app to connect with Synovus Gateway Mobile Banking app
• Minimum system requirement: Android 9 or higher
• Access to your device’s contacts is required for Zelle®
• Access to your device’s photos is required for Zelle® when selecting a QR code from your saved images

• The Synovus Gateway Mobile Banking App is free to download. Use of the Synovus Gateway Mobile Banking app requires your mobile service provider’s data and/or text plan for which charges may apply.
• You must be enrolled in Synovus Gateway with established Synovus Gateway login credentials and have a compatible device. Registration is required to use the Synovus Gateway mobile app. Your company administrator will enable access for use.

Updated. Still a horrible app. Showing incorrect info. Pending charges don't fall off when posted. History doesn't show completely. Called their tech support. Transferred all over. Wasted 1 hour and 15 minutes without solving. I will be closing my new business credit card. Very bad service and tech.

Very pleased with the ease of navigation. However, I have an Android Samsung Note 20 5 G phone and the app does NOT accept my deposit info for depositing a check to my accout. Everything is grayed out and gives no response when I try and make a deposit. My friend has an Apple phone, which does not have this freezing problem. I either have to borrow his Apple phone for this transaction or drive to the bank. Very disappointing.

Account disappears daily. Customer Service is great but online access to your information, at least in my case is unavailable unless a call is made and is reset.. that takes 30 to 60 minutes daily. Needs a fix quick, for a new business customer such as myself, it is disappointing.
