I would say that it generally does a decent job. My main issue is that you have to be more specific than I would like to find good results for the tags and covers. For instance, "Red Hot Chili Peppers" versus "The Red Hot Chili Peppers" come up with different results for me. I wish that if an album is given, it utilized that in its search to help pinpoint the correct tags and cover. If anyone comes up with a way to search for a song by using audio and combine it with a tag editor like this, 💰

It does its job, but not spectacularly. Only about 40% of my songs were actually properly "smart tagged", I had to go back and edit the majority of my songs as they were either tagged incorrectly as completely different songs, or the algorithm couldn't find them. Its a very handy tool if you like owning and organizing all your music like me, just be aware you might need to fine tune a lot of your songs' metadata.

I works, so I won't give it one star. However, It works VERY slowly, and it won't work in the background. Accidentally touch somewhere during a batch edit, and the whole thing exits. Gotta start over. Also, auto tagger occasionally tags a song as something completely different. Maybe if it can't find a close match, give the option to skip it or notify, don't just change it to something totally random. Lastly, a long-**s ad after each individual edit. It is an exercise in tedium.
