Don't buy Movistar if you can help it. As a foreigner, it has terrible customer service, unhelpful offices, and you cannot recharge your saldo on the app. The app is not good. Claro is probably your best bet. I have been to multiple offices and called multiple numbers and the cop out from the officies is "Please call the customer service number." And the cop out from the customer service number is, "Please visit an office.".

Won't let me recharge in the app with a foreign credit card. This is a big problem because you miss out on bonuses if you recharge elsewhere. Drop a star. They ask all the low reviews to contact them like they care, but then they just ignore you. Awful app, awful company. Just get Claro instead.

Most of the time works ok. However I would like a better detail of the consume and if it is possible to switch the interface to English. Thanks.
