IMS Mobile(Merchant Point) by Fiserv payment acceptance, and for raising service requests with ease and convenience.

Logging into the App: Once you download the app from App store, please register by entering your Terminal ID/Merchant ID/Mobile Number and generate a TPIN. A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will then be sent to your registered mobile number, which you will need to key into the app to set a TPIN or password based on your preference.

mCommerce Features: Our mCommerce menu empowers you to accept multi-form-factor payments such as Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Bharat QR and SMS/email invoicing, ensuring you will never miss a sale.

Self Service Features: Using the self-serve menu, you can raise multiple service requests, including paper roll requests, terminal-related requests, with ease and convenience.

Very bad, I have Blood Collection Centre Farnchisee, we bill as per customer requirement, but every time amount is holding staying investigation required. Please cancel this machine and I don't require this type of problematic machine and company who take our hard earned money

Everyone has the same request that never take this POS machine even by mistake, once your payment goes on hold, it will never come back. Because the same thing has happened to me on 9-05-2024, I have not received my amount of 60,000 yet nor have I received any answer from customer care Whenever you talk to customer care, only then you keep getting requests, still nothing will happen, the worst POS machine is And their c&r team is even worse than that, their email never comes.

Worst service I ever seen I suggest to please do not take this device they are froud with me from.name of high mfs charges they charge three times of actual charges
