This may be the worst delivery app on the platform, at least it is the worst I used regarding customer service. They advertised a promotion (a reduction of 12%) for a certain restaurant, which led me to order some food from that restaurant, only to find out that the delivery guy would charge me the total amount. Of course, I reached out to them from within the KABA app (through the "Customer Care") and yet I have received no answer despite sending 2 messages.

This is seconde time this app is not working well. I ordered something in this app but dilevri man ask me different amount according to the App 😔 😔 😔 😔 😔 App is good working but service is not good Every time we received food late my 3 time experience with this app not gone good they need to do work with this app

The are really really really baaaaaaddd. Delivery time extremely lonnnng and Very bad customer service attending.they should just sell out company to more competent people to handle it😏😏
