Gomo has the best prices don't get me wrong but the payment system is soo bad. I have typed in my debit card and my truemoney card and nither of them worked. I wish there was a promptpay QR code system instead of struggling to type my information in and for it to kick me out of the payment system for no reason. I'm annoyed 😡

I know you wanna make this app more interesting but I don't think it's needed. This app spends too much memory in my phone and I have to delete others app everytime I need to pay monthly expenses. Edited: now, it's even worst since you subsituded real human being with AI. Please, note that not every problem is able to be solved by robot. The worst is when I followed the step AI told me to and at the end, I was told to contact AI again.

very poor system, I can't even register my sim card. Moreover the call center for register doesn't work as well. I have been waiting in line for call center ,but nothing ,can't reach anyone to help.
