Ordered a shirt from the store. After it didn't show up within the required delivery date, I reached out to the store. A day after I reached out they cancelled my order. It took me reaching out to then after paying and not receiving my goods for over 2 weeks for any sort of communication about the issues they were having. Terrible communication

I have placed several orders and each experience has been rewarding. Quality of all items were excellent and the customer service superb. I love the extra touches like personalized thank you emails. Will continue to spread the word about this fantastic company and place future orders.
