*Last updated 2016* So outdated by 2020 or even by 2016 standards for a banking app, lot of bugs, very frustrating to use, so slow, you can barely check or do something with it. This app needs to be entirely made from scratch for both UI and UX. Hire a developer team or something, make it useful. I struggle to remember my bloody ID, and by the way consider changing that ID for each user to a username/email or phone number at least similar to how all the things work in the internet. THANKS!

If I could put no stars i would have done it but yeah there it goes one ! Really disappointed! A real disaste this app! not talking about the crashing probs that's a part we got used to ! But can anyone explain how a client service can be that bad? First I had to struggle to get the correct number then after having an agent at phone still waiting for the password reset message I have waited for hours then the agent said we will see in one day or too but still waiting (called on 30 Nov 2021)!

2022! Last update 2016!!! Come on Tijari Bank, it's a shame, a tetris game would have been updated once a year and we're talking here about banking standards. Can't you afford a decent and up to date app? And yes, my "Android system web view" is up to date, I installed and reinstalled the app and it's reporting I have no internet. Wallhi I have internet!
