Awful app. I hate it. I absolutely hate it. I never wanted to use it in the first place, but it turned out the hostel I was trying to book required me to download it in order to complete my book. I spent 20 minutes or more entering the same information again and again, checking and verifiaction emails, uploading a picture, downloading multiple times and I have yet to be allowed to finish my booking. I hate this app.

Poorly designed app that will sometimes freeze when trying to unlock the door. Collects way too much private info, to "help the hostel identify you," but that doesn't make sense as hostels check your id when you check in. App also requires location service, but since Bluetooth has a limited range this also doesn't make much sense to me. Company also has a poor privacy policy which states that they aren't responsible for your personal info. It's a shame hostels use these locks.

Made it super easy 2 get into the gate and room which was great, the only problem(very minor) it kept hitting for whatever reason 2 extend my stay. That part of the app is way 2 sensitive imho. But overall it's a great way 2 get in and out of places ur starting while visiting the world. Kudos
