How does it work?
1. Book your ride: choose your start time and expected end time. Our drivers are available for the entire duration, including the return trip home.
2. Select your driver: choose from available drivers in your area. The closest driver is usually the most economical choice.
3. Enjoy the service: whether you're making multiple stops or driving back and forth, your driver will be available at all times.
You pay €26.50 per hour (minimum three hours) (excluding VAT). For the distance the driver travels to reach your location, we charge €0.30 per km (excluding VAT). When purchasing Troom credits in bulk, you benefit from a more affordable rate.
