The app is easy to use and has been accurate in timing. However, the drivers for one of the routes I take to Jackson Hospital are horrible. They have literally flew by me on several different occasions. One day it happened 3 times in a row before I used a different way of transportation. The way they drive on this route is also wreckless. They curse and yell at the other vehicle's and traffic so as in a customer Service prospective it would be -5..all around just BAD on the (Overtown Route)

It's quite useless for someone that doesn't know the city. It won't show your location, allow you to select a destination and then show the route on the map. You have to know beforehand if an specific route serves you.

It would be great if it would be accurate with the tracker. Overall the drivers are so slowly. At some stops the stay at it for about 5 to 10 minutes (Omni, Brickell station...) They don't care about the time of the people.😔
