Ratings and reviews

Commentary and videography are not in communication with each other. For example, the action going on for 5th place is being talked about and the videographer is non stop following the leader. You never see the action that they're talking about. Videography is amateur at best. Out of focus cameras, dizzying camera movements. Just very sub par for the price. In 30 days I turned off 3 of 5 races due to a/v issues.

Canceled this subscription on 4/5, as I did not need it anymore. Sent me an email stating it was canceled. Just received another charge for 4/19 for another month. Worked well when I used it for the dirt races, but seems very dishonest. Would have liked to use it again someday, but can't afford to worry if I will keep getting charged. ML

Overall viewing experience compared to pricing is 3 stars at best, HOWEVER, The staff and support team earned this 5 star review! Long story short after deciding I could no longer afford to cover the monthly sub fee, I forgot to log onto the website and access my settings to cancel membership before the next billing cycle. Several days passed before I noticed and I reached out via Email to the support team. They went out of their way to respond within the hour and even refunded me the money!
