The optimization of mobility is arriving with PICK – the same seamless travel experience across every mode of transport, with planned routes, real-time information and, increasingly, the ability to purchase tickets from the entire network of public-transport operators.

PICK combines all means of transportation on a single platform for a friction-free journey, whether it’s urban, suburban or long-distance.

PICK uses location data to generate the best routes and directions and to show the nearest stops. With just our app you can plan trips anywhere in the world, check live timetables and services, and stay informed about delays and disruptions.

We are continuously expanding out network, so soon will be possible to buy all the necessary tickets for any trip, door-to-door, through PICK. Our goal is a reality without queues, without bureaucracies and with real time updates.

Bad experience overall. It's incredibly slow to read the card, and quite often fails. It says "connection interrupted" and hints at the idea that it's the users fault by asking to hold the card to the back of the device, when in fact, the issue was the connection to their servers. Stop gaslighting your users and improve, it's always like this at the end of the month, every, single, month. Yet they do nothing. Awful.

Do not use, extremely hard to scan card when reloading and they withdraw your money claiming that they would refund after 1 hour if you fail to reload it to your transport card. They did not refund my money after I failed to reload my card.

When you need it won't help you. I don't understand why it's so difficult to recharge the navegante card, it's very difficult you have to remove your phone case and try one hundred times.
