I have been using this app primarily as my buisness phone. I answer multiple calls daily with this app and I dont have any issues. Texting only offers SMS, but thats ok. If you are having quality issues over wifi but not your cellular data, that's most likely an issue with your wifi not the app. The battery management on my app is fantastic even when using it all day. Only issue is if you put on a power saving mode the phone tries to disable the apps push notification.

I also have to give this thing 2 stars. I've been relying on it for 2 years now, but most of the time I have to disconnect the wifi and walk outside to get a signal because every time. I answer the phone and people complain they can't understand me. Not very helpful for a business.

If the call is answered on another device (desk phone) it continues to ring in the app and you can't hang up / reject the call. It turns off on it's own after several minutes. Terrible. Needs work for sure.
