Shalamar Gardens were built by the famous Mogul emperor Shah Jahan in the heat of Lahore, a city in the present day Pakistan. Shah Jahan enthusiastically imported a multitude of flowers from across his Indian empire. We have tried to assemble an exciting but familiar collection of traditional dishes with a distinctly unique taste. At Shalamar we use only the very best of fresh, locally sourced ingredients and take great pride in creating the authentic taste loved by our South Asian and indigenous diners.
