The App monitors whether someone’s normal energy usage patterns have changed and triggers a notification to whoever the App has been shared with.
It might be nothing to worry about, but it could be something more.
We simply let you know via the App, so that you can give them a call or if convenient, just pay a visit to check on their wellbeing.
To mitigate "false outcomes" we have developed robust datasets that interrogate the raw Smart Meter data to create the alert measure.
The alert measure is updated daily.
The App will show the alert level by changing colour and showing an alert level.
