Whether you're at home or on the go, the app lets you report problems anytime, anywhere – no need to wait on the phone. Just follow the steps, snap a photo if you can, send it through and we’ll take it from there.

With the My Telford App, you can:
• Flag drainage or flooding issues (e.g. blocked drains, sewage)
• Report fly tipping (illegally dumped waste)
• Notify us of graffiti
• Report missed rubbish or recycling collections
• Highlight potholes or road issues (e.g. debris, faded road markings)
• Request street cleaning or report litter and animal waste
• Report damaged or missing street furniture (e.g. benches, railings, bollards)
• Let us know about street lighting faults (e.g. broken or unsafe lights)
