Whether you’re going to the airport, the local shop, or across town, your Alpha taxi will be with you in minutes. Simply request a car and pay with a debit, credit card or cash.

Booking your taxi is simple – here’s how it’s done:

Open the app and we’ll pinpoint your pickup location

Book for now or later, choosing the vehicle type you need

Track your driver’s progress to your pickup location in the app

Pay by credit card, cash or with your business account

We’ll email you the receipt for your records

Not bad, but not great either. Not given any indication of wait times and it doesn't show correctly where drivers are located - every time I've used it it's just said arriving in 1 minute for however long until the driver turns up. The lack of an ETA for a driver to (potentially) accept is a bit off putting as well, I've had to cancel before because I've been on the assigning driver message for well over 20 minutes not sure if I'm even going to get one.

Doesn't feel very stable as an app. Sometimes have to reboot it to change payment method before a booking. Also when trying to view past bookings (to get a receipt so I can claim journeys back with work) the app either restarts or closes entirely.

used to be great, but now lost the ability to track the taxi, reinstall daily to see if its been fixed but not so far. This is no longer my go to because of this as I deal with vulnerable people and we need to be able to see where the taxi is
