I got my device & it requires a SIM card that it didn't come with. I didn't realize it before I paid the $6 monthly fee. There isn't a phone # to call. I found an email from PayPal with that $6 charge, call them to cancel the service that I didn't receive. I was given the name of company but there isn't a phone #.The guy tried to get me to activate the PayPal account in order to get the $6 refund I had already paid. I'm like why can't I just get my refund? I had ro call my bank to dispute.

I guess you get what you pay for. Right now, I feel I overpaid. My advice, stick with U.S. made products. In-country-made products are usually better. The added plus is that you can easily locate the company if there is a problem. The only reason I'm giving this product (1) star is because a quarter star is not available.
