I remember switching over from the Crew app to this app. At 1st I did not like it. Over time though they have fixed many bugs and now the app works pretty good. My only complaint about the app, and it could be my phone, is I have to send 2 or more Pictures to be able to post in group chat + i can't take pictures within the app and send. Not the most annoying thing now. But it was when trying to figure out why it crashed everytime I did. Hoping it stops after I upgrade my phone.

Helpful app to keep track of schedules and see who's working the shift for you. I like the communication a little bit, it's simple and easy. I do wish that there was a way you could access what hours you have already worked for the week instead of seeing the estimated hours or having to inaccurately add up what you have worked. (I took up an extra shift and it's still saying I'm working 39 hours for the week when realistically I'm going to have about 44-46 hours).

The first two buttons on the home page lead to the same page (My Next Shifts), cover requests also link to the same page without taking you to the actual shift requesting cover so there's no way to know which shift it is, the menu at the top doesn't work (tapping Store Schedule does nothing half the time), the shifts don't show whether they're auto generated or requested by an employee. Overall just a janky and unreliable app.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! Tapping a shift notification does not scroll to the shift; we will fix that in next release. Please contact our tech support about the problems with the home buttons, that is new to me. I will share your feedback "shifts don't show whether they're auto generated or requested by an employee" with the product team.
