Loved my NGFCU until now. Can't open my app. to do my online banking. it reads "Error" when trying to log in.

Update: Still terrible. Now image capture doesn't even display correctly. Time to move to a different bank. Good luck! The image auto capture feature for remote check deposits is complete rubbish despite doing everything it says to do. It has never once worked right. I always have to wait for it to let me do it manually. I'm considering switching to a different bank with a better app... Unless they can fix this one soon.

The app is terrible. They say they're send an email with a security code to enter your first time logging in, but the email they send is blank (no security code at all) and the app doesn't give you any help number or alternative way to login. Seriously, issues like this shouldn't happen anymore this day and age. IMO.
