App shows up with not being downloaded. ??? Uninstalled 1 x already cleared the cache and storage. It returned the same way !!!!

I Didn't download this app. Just showed up one day while updating other apps. Keeps downloading other apps by itself to my phone. Doesn't show up on apps list so you can't delete this app. But you can delete the new apps that it downloads to your phone. If you don't update this app after awhile the new app downloads will stop. But that app is still on your phone and keeps asking you to update it. My data is now always used up and battery is draining so quickly even though I'm not doing anything.

I'd love to get a choice to be able to pick the app I use for my headlines or just the daily news, but not this device! I have this and 2 other horrible space eaters ugh!
