Even with help from my library, my account cannot be accessed. I can use my information at the library to access computers no problem. But the app refuses to recognize my pin. Even when I scan the barcode.

refuses to connect to the Internet. from the library website: "We are currently experiencing an outage with our mobile app, but our online catalog is still available and accessible through desktop and mobile browsers. Thank you for your patience!"

same issue as other user with it not saying it's connected to the internet. Has this app been decommissioned?
