Now from the same app you can enter how to go, STM claims and Single Response System.
From one place you can check the bus schedule, see in real time how long it takes to reach the stop, make complaints about the transport system or a particular situation of the city (cleaning, sweeping, tree-covered, lighting, etc. ) and receive reports via email about the status of your claims.
