• The second step: Provide us with some necessary paperworks including: Driver Licence, Registration Certificate, Certificate of registry,... Our system will verify and approve your document. You also can submit all material at our official branches.

• Last but not least, install FastGo application and start your first trip: when your account activated succeeds, you become our driver-partners.

Ratings and reviews

Well looks like i just got dropped from the platform, figures. Completely zero jobs, can't rely anytime on it, obviously have to sustain from other platforms and now they decide to drop drivers who still haven't gotten a single booking due to their platform's lack of riders, I only see 5 star ratings from foreign names, but local ones with a single star seem to concur with my own findings that this is a failed platform in Singapore, it appears to be a redundant app, next better player please.

the fare is to low in Singapore.. and no pax around. app freeze n lag slow down my phone... please do something about it and don't be like other apps filo n kerdi all got case. do roadshow or something to get people to know about this fastgo.. i see alot of time fastgo only keep post at Facebook.. not everyone have Facebook.. if u guyz don't do something about it fastgo will have no driver around..

There is not problem for me.Thankful fastgo. Company staff easy to explain how to use application and how to make cancel situation can't contact to passenger.Thank support your company site.
