1. Some of the discounts and offers are shown falsely on the main screen, when u decide to buy, suddenly they are not available. it is so annoying and misleading! 2. Adding a card or paying with a card sometimes just does not work when you are buying something from the app 3. The point system is useless, problems with redeeming 4. The whole interface is hard to navigate and understand! so many confusing and unnecessary clicks for the simplest of tasks!

I can't cancel an order in the stage when I just made it, and it wasn't in the cooking stage. Also, I can see unrelevant restaurants in the gift section. It's more useful to show only relevant restaurants where the menu for today has the items from the gift section.

I go to the the subway restaurant usually at least two times a week. As long as i remember scanning Qr to collect points has never worked. So one way to collect points was to order from mobile. ordering from mobile mostly works(not always though) and you get to collect the points. but recently all the coins that I have collected suddenly disappeared. it shows that i have 0 coins. Anyway lots of bugs. and if in the app tells you have a free gift, you will find out while ordering that its not.
