Lot of things to improve. If u buy an option hod next days the bought price changes to current opening price. If u creat a list can't adjust the sequence according to ur wish, sometimes suddenly u will see Lot stock list, repeated in ur list. wen hav only 4 items it will become 10 or 12 items. No enough data. Etc....

Used to be good. But ever since last update it is complete junk. Wastage of time and data. Keeps initialising for hours but never opens. Ventura deliberately does this. Yesterday their desktop pointer also updated, and then everything stopped working. Developers dont seem to understand, that this is a brokers app, and some body is invested in the market, and then an update pops up, and everything goes down the drain. Nothing seems to work. Thats why i have stopped trading thru ventura. Useless

I'm customer of Ventura since last 12 years. It was good before. But since last few months it became a third grade service provider. The fiund transfer to trading account is not real time. It will credited to your account after hours and the pay-out service is more pathetic. It will credited to your account in 3-4 days after lots of follow up. The costomer care executive will shout on you saying that it's not their fault, it's an issue from your bank side.
