Ratings and reviews

After they have updated the app so it goes via their website it doesn't work. their customer service is of no help, and their technicians don't reply to emails for a week a week and a half even though they have asked questions that they need you to answer. Horrible customer service...

Most useless, rubbish, unpredictable app i have ever came across. It's unbelievable they charge tons of money for this bs. Sound doesn't sync with the picture, if you pause or rewind it crashes almost every time. Recordings sometimes work sometimes don't. Some of the futures not working at all. A 10 year child can program an app better than this. If I could I would give zero stars.

The playback is often unstable and stops completely, especially playing Paramount plus. I have tried it on google tv and android. I have cleared caches, uninstalled it, rebooted routers. Nothing helps. However, absolutely no problems with 4 other streaming apps on the same devices. I have even tried the browser version in chrome, and same problem. I don't think its the app but the back end servers.
