Enjoying the experience so far. My only problem is with the location distance. I move around a lot during the week, thus my current location keeps changing. I have had people inviting me to chat based on the fact they think I'm close by and then I actually live 50+ km away. Would be nice if you could rather select the area you live in and it shows a profile distance based on that.

The app keeps glitching. I record a voice message and when you press send it's gone, I proceed to record and send 2 more times, and nothing. Then it let's me type a whole message and when pressing send the message disappears, then all previous chats where cleared. Really frustrating

Currently having a legal team looking into the unauthorized renewal of my old subscription. I received a message from my bank yesterday notifying me of koer membership renewal, In no way did I authorize a subscription renewal, I unsubscribed a few months ago and now koer has renewed my membership for no apparent reason. Trying to contact them is near impossible. I am reporting this to my banking institution and having a legal team look into this as it amounts to fraud.

Hi Jasen, all subscriptions are managed through your Play Store as is standard for all apps. You can cancel via Play Store at any time but subs will automatically renew if you don't. We explain this during sign-up. Google also mentions this during subscription and renewal. Please contact us on info@koer.co.za. We'd be happy to help.
