Firstly, not sure if all insurance company apps and websites use just OTPs for logging in, its pretty annoying now my browser can't stay logged in to it. Secondly, the OTP system did not work for a while today, i took ownership of a car today and needed to access self inspection requirements which are only showing on the pc browser task list and nowhere on the app. Now that it's dark outside the OTPs start flooding my phone and email.

The updated version is really smart with great features. Unfortunately the wrong vehicle is displayed in my policy details. I had to call in to make sure my policy info is accurate, which it was. The app will need to display correct details if customers are going to trust and use it.

APP KEEPS CRASHING while attempting to complete compulsory self-inspection of vehicle within 48hrs of activating policy. Have to keep starting process from the beginning every time. Already attempted over 10 times to complete this task. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and wasted over 2 hours of my life so far getting nowhere. No other way to complete self inspection. MUST use this app that KEEPS CRASHING! So NOT impressed. Happy to cancel policy and move on from this nonsense.
