The OTP system is fine, but the issue is that the login doesn't happen the first time, and I have to submit another time in order to login. Also , why not make it optional? I already have the password and fingerprint security. Seems a waste of time and energy, especially if you use the application frequently

App keeps getting crashed when opening and not able to open or use it from two days. Before, there weren't any issues and was very user-friendly. Hope the team will fix the issue at the earliest.

The app simply does not start properly and keeps crashing, making it impossible to carry out any banking tasks.I've tried reinstalling the app and even updating it to the latest version, but the issue persists. It's disappointing because I rely on mobile banking for its convenience, and this constant crashing has been a major inconvenience.
