Galaxy s24 user. When a notification comes in I have to tap the AOD once to get it to light up and THEN SEE the notification led color for the message I just got. But for some odd reason email shows through? I don't want to have to tap the display to see who. I just want to glance over and see and this prevents that. And essentially makes the app half as useful. Am hoping there is some super developer thing you can do to make the notification led shine though. No tap required.

Still working the s22 ultra! Had the app since my S7 days. Works like a charm for these phone without notification lights. I'm guessing that he updates it regularly because some of the "thamthung" UI update keep breaking it and a few days later, it seems to be working again. Will always let people know that this app exists as long as it still works. My only quip is that it's only for "thamthung" phones :/

I have a new Galaxy S10 Plus. LED Me Know is a flexible, well designed app that essentially takes the place of the venerable LED. I bought the full version as I thought the price was very reasonable, and no subscription. I could not get LED alerts from Calendar Notifications however. (It's no longer on the Play store). Perhaps Anker Tech can look into this fantastic helper app. It's downloadable from f-droid, latest version is 5.0.5. I'm happy to have found LED Me Know. Thank you.
