Took several tries and a reboot just to put in a credit card, and the first time I tried to actually use it, I got to the station and the app wouldn't load. Leaving me with the choice of biking home or taking my bike on the subway with me. Dodgy app, needs more QA.

Today I went along as usual but the locks weren't working. We couldn't use the facility. We were unable to open the locking frame. I assumed that if the power or Internet went down, the frame would default to the unlock position which is bad enough, today I discovered that it defaults to the locked position, so if there is a failure when the bike is in there, it is impossible to retrieve it. I don't think I will be using this locking system in future.
