Way more expensive than competitors. Basically scam their existing long time customers by keeping them on expensive plans with very little data,, while new customers pay half the price. App is also buggy.

The service itself is great, but the app and the customer support are very bad. I recently had my phone stolen, the company wouldn't help me cancel the sim, which is very dangerous as thieves could use the phone to gain access to important websites. They just kept telling me to find another phone to install the app on, which shouldn't be priority! And no emergency number to ring to notify lost/stolen sim, again, really dangerous
