I love this game. I really do. But the last few events have been an absolute nightmare. Between the boards resetting, not being able to claim rewards, and absolutely no help from support, I've seriously been considering uninstalling. Talking to support about these issues results in them apologizing and giving you gems or a little bit of energy.. I don't want gems I want to be able to play the game. The last flower event I didn't get even close to finishing because of the bugs. It makes me so sad

I love this game but after one of the major updates, it won't stop crashing and rolling back my progress. It's frustrating especially since I would have the unlimited energy for a set time activated and the time would run out, the game would crash, and I would have lost all my progress. It is extremely discouraging and demotivating to wanting to play this game.

Game has changed a lot, sadly. When reading reviews, I would consider the last 6 months. Completing areas have such little rewards now. I do, however like the rewards for Smurfettes Kitchen. The Smurf is fun for a temporary event, but I do not think it should take over game. I also appreciate the very minimal ads. Game used to be charming and sweet. They took away our ability to bank extra energy with City Man and Fortress areas, which now makes game a little tedious (including Bingo).
