2/16/24- this app can be infuriating. The best use with it for me is checking my balance and struggling to deposit checks due to the touchy system. I am rarely, if ever to pay any payments on my credit card and I'm never able to check my credit score among other things. The app always says "sorry we're experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later" Save yourself time and headache, use their website New update sucks. Depositing a check is an absolute headache and takes forever.

It is a serviceable app but has some items that could be addressed: 1. When scrollind down your payees when on my phone, it will not you let you go back if you happen to pass the payee on the list. It would be nice if it will let you scroll up and down for payees without having to restart the payees. 2. It often doesn't recognize my computer or my phone even though I have repeatedly use them to login. This is an inconvenience that could be resolved. Thanks for listening!

Any option I have ever chosen on the "More" page in the app has NEVER worked, regardless of any updates. Not Zelle, not "card control", not "live chat". I haven't attempted to use any others as I have no need for them. I tap on the option and get a blank page with a rotating circle. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
