Good physics and only whinge was..... . Can only have jack directly in front. System resets jack to centre regardless. Of course I now know why..I read the instructions.... As the physics engine allows for bumps and not slopes as of the crowned green. I assumed that it was crown and not lawn bowls. Would be great to have minimum distance of jack, and option to keep jack where it comes to a halt does change description to crown. And a minimum distance jack has to travel is a rule of the game. Pretty much everything else is spot on. Actually helps when I play for real.

As a lawn bowler myself, I wanted to pass the time with a game on my phone. This fit the bill. It was a quick and easy pick up, decent controls (although adjusting for power is a challenge. Then again, so is real life). I wish the power adjustments of throwing the jack were more obvious. So if it's a close jack, then adjusting is smoother. Otherwise, great game.

Excellent simulation of lawn bowls. Would like to have an indoor green choice as well if possible. Also would be great to customise the ball and mat with your own images. But the basic mechanics are sound. Just to update this the game actions have recently improved and the opponent is even more challenging. You can make it easier if you chose too as well. A great introduction to the game. One down note though the license and the game stats do not transfer to another device.
