Great concept, but the App doesn't always work. I've tested it in various weather conditions, with different phone, different screen protectors. The developers should look into this, because it's a serious problem for something that has so much potential. The UI/UX needs a serious rethinking and update.

Does not work on my phone. Everyone else got loyalty rewards. I'm missing out. The stamp does not work on my screen. No way to contact support from within the app. No email address provided. Was really looking forward to using it. Also can't see any alternative way to enter a code if the stamp does not work. Really guys, this is basic User Experience you should have considered.

I would have said 5 stars until it just stopped working 4 weeks ago - I can no longer collect stamps for shopping - which made a significant difference to my food bill. Disappointing - although I found a way to give direct feedback, and they did get in touch, asking me to check my touchscreen functioning - which was totally fine - I haven't heard anything helpful since, although they said they'd be back in touch to help further. I've now asked the places I shop for physical loyalty cards 🙄
