Omg is it me or is this app is just so inconvenient??? The otp you send all doesnt work! I dont even get any confirmation messages that payment has been recieved. Omg and if you email for help their instructions give me migraines. Dont even think of giving me another "help desk address"! Just fix your app! The money being paid to you is no joke!

Too many updates. Current version hangs/freezes every now and then. Mas ok yung 2 to 3 versions fr the current one. Ayaw magprompt. I just need the status of my VUL withdrawal - takes forever to load. I cant proceed to login beyond the 6 digit pin. Pinalitan ko na nga to be sure, ayaw pa rin.

UI is really terrible, I can't log in using the 6-digit pin because it's either just loading or registering as wrong pin, so I have to go the long way to log in everytime. Hoping for more improvement in this front on your next app update.
