Banking services for anytime and everywhere!

TebMobile is an electronic service, through which, clients have access to their accounts and other bank
products, at any time and everywhere. TebMobile is user friendly, secure and an effective service which
is offered to all clients. It is available for non-customer as well, offering different features.
The chance of staying competitive in the market will be even higher through TebMobile services since
the cross selling of different products such as accounts, loans, credit cards, payments, standing orders
will increase.

TebMobile will be available in two languages: English & Albanian

Security
TebMobile uses SmartKEY for authetication. This technology uses multi-factor mechanism with the
latest cryptographic methods to protect your transactions for a higher security. It provides a strong and
transparent technology with a simple user experience to the users for mobile application and e-banking
authentication. Also, TebMobile combines this technology with Touch ID to provide seamless user
experience with finger print.

Ratings and reviews

The app does what it's supposed to do. The only thing that is irritating me lately is the fact that i can only use a six digits code as a password only and no letters.

The app is great, but can improve: 1) Google Pay: TEB should support it, as other banks do. 2) StarCard Payments - the ability to apply extra payments to individual purchases would be a significant improvement. For instance, users could select a specific item like the first item on their statement and make an additional payment amount for that particular purchase. 3) Extra Loan Payments through the app - As it stands, customers must visit a branch in person to make additional loan payments.

There is no Statement Section where I could see at least my last 12 months transactions. No fingerprint or Face ID Authentication (year 2021)!. Password reset allowed me password reuse, a PCI DSS breach, telling me other security aspects are possibly not covered as well !
