DRC user here. Overall good experiences so far. The basics are covered well - good food, easy ordering, trackable, and reasonable customer service. Room to improve with the app interface, a little clunky at times. Delivery times vary, but this is probably because of Kinshasa, not Tupuca. To the developers - look at the Deliveroo app in the UK and take some inspiration on the interface and user experience!

I ordered food twice using this app. Both times from good restaurants with high ratings. The food arrived cold both times. First time it also arrived too late. The second night,delivery guy didn't have the change so I had to pay more for a service that I was not happy with at all. The food came without any receipts in both occasions even though on second night i had specifically asked to send me the receipt learning from the first night! All in all a very bad delivery system. Won't use it again

This app is so confused. It will pop a notification, the title of the notification will have a mixture of both english and portuguese and then the description of this notification will be in english. Same things for the emails you receive, "Summary of Your Pedido"? The tracking is barely non-existent. You see the delivery man on the way, but the app never actually refreshes it automatically. You have to exit, go back in to check the most recent update. You charge so much and this barely works.
