Their ad server is broken. Without ads, I can't get crystals to buy levels. So, I'm basically stuck and am about ready to uninstall. Edit: after the recent update, I completely uninstalled, restarted my phone, reinstalled, and then once I clicked enough times to get one ad to play, it worked again. Not sure if the app is even to blame.

To get gifts you have to watch ads. Okay, trouble is there is never and video ready no matter how many times you try. Same for daily gifts. To double rewards you need to watch an ad, no video ready. Not one time have I been able to double rewards or claim gift. I edited my review because the issue continues. Not once since I downloaded game have I gotten bonus. Giving it one more day then uninstalling it.

Omg the absolute gall of forcing me to watch an ad after a single level of play, and then pipping up with 'free reward for watching an ad!' I just watched an ad and got nothing for it! Also, the amount of energy (gems, in this game) you have when your bar is full vs how much os required to play each level means you can play 1 or 2 tiny levels before you're out of energy for another hour... unless you watch like 7 ads. And the pixel art isn't even any good.
