It's almost more than a month but when I am making transactions it shows that you have exceeded transaction limit. I contacted customer service but they don't have information as this limit is for one month and now I have this issue more than a month. Kindly if some one is active from company please go through this issue. I m in Oman 91195186.

The exchange rate always shows an increased rate . But when trying to do transactions, the exchange rate decreases. So the app is saying lie

Useless customer service for the app. I got an error saying ID annual update and I called one of the branches and directed me to a WhatsApp number which they only reply to me "good afternoon, how can we help you". I kept explaining to them the issue with screen shots and they keep replying with "good afternoon, how can we help you". It has been two days and issue not solved.
