Pass brings together on your phone what's currently scattered: your task deadline, clock-in/clock-out, vacation requests, your weekly plan, and access validation at the gate. One login, one app, dark theme from start to finish.
Each company builds its Pass with the modules it has contracted—what it hasn't contracted doesn't even appear in the menu. The app is tailored to the size of your work.
TRACK — TASKS AND PROJECTS
Open and see what's yours today, without searching. Search for any company task by code or a part of the title. Create a task in seconds, with the photo or file already attached. Track the checklist with the time for each step and respond in the comments without leaving the card.
TIME CLOCK
Register your clock-in and clock-out times via your phone, choosing the work location registered by the company. The timesheet and time bank are on the same screen—you can check your balance before making any arrangements.
VACATION
View your balance and available periods and submit your request from wherever you are.
WEEKLY PLAN AND DAILY FOCUS
Write down on Monday what you will deliver by Friday and choose the focus for each day. During the week, the app shows how much of it has already been accomplished.
STORE
Track campaigns and sales results, and validate access by scanning the QR code at the entrance. The reading continues to work even when the internet is down: the queue automatically increases when the signal returns.
PASS AI
Ask about your own work — what's overdue, what was agreed upon in the card, what's coming in this week — and receive the answer with your company's context.
NOTICES
Notification when a task arrives for you, when someone comments, when an approval is issued, and when a deadline is approaching.
WHO USES PASS
This is the company's app, not a personal app. You log in with the user account they created for you and see the modules they've contracted. There is no public registration, trial period within the app, or in-app purchase. If you don't yet have access, contact the person who manages Pass at your company.
PRIVACY
No ads and no cross-app tracking. Location is read at the time of clocking in, never in the background. The camera is only used to read the QR code for access validation. The data processed in the app belongs to the contracting company, which is responsible for it; Pass Tecnologia e Sistemas acts as the operator.
