Driver Checks puts your Driver Codes licence-checking dashboard in your pocket. It's built for transport managers, fleet managers and company owners who need to know their drivers are legally licensed, even when they're away from the desk.

Driver Checks is for companies that already have a Driver Codes business account. Your company administrator can give you access.

KNOW WHERE EVERY DRIVER STANDS

• See your active, pending and paused drivers at a glance
• Search by name or email
• See when each driver was last checked, and spot anyone we were unable to check

THE FULL LICENCE PICTURE

• Penalty points and disqualifications, with the change since the previous check
• Licence validity and every entitlement, with warnings for categories that have expired or expire soon
• Tachograph card status and expiry
• Driver CPC cards and qualifications, including the next DQC date
• Full check history for each driver
• Open the official DVLA PDF for any check

• Run an ad hoc check on any active driver
• Invite a new driver from your phone. They accept once in the free Driver Codes app, with no share codes and no DVLA website visits

SECURE BY DESIGN

• Sign in with the same account as the web dashboard, including passkeys and two-factor authentication
• Unlock with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode
• Driver Codes has been ICO registered since 2019 and is Cyber Essentials certified, with data processing agreements included for every account

HOW DRIVER CODES WORKS

Drivers authorise once through the free Driver Codes app, which is used by hundreds of thousands of UK drivers. Their mandate lasts three years. From then on, licence checks run automatically on the schedule you set, and your dashboard keeps audit-ready records and alerts you to licence changes. Driver Checks shows you those results wherever you are.
