Ratings and reviews

This app is good, but not polished. Once these rather minor issues below are resolved I'd give it 5 stars. Needs ability to remove duplicate empty wallets for different currency. Also the support or contact form randomly turns lower case to uppercase when typing using Android keyboard. Not all icons for coins show when looking at market. Update I've added one more star for customer service response. I've sent them an image of the issue and expect it will be fixed.

I purchased a long time ago and for the last 4 months I have not been able to access my wallet. I tried every way possible to reach out to this company. Their support email is not working any more. I need help accessing my gold. This app is not user friendly by design on purpose. I had the hardest time trying to sell and to change over to the new app. Also, when I was trying to complete the KYC again it would not work either, kept shutting down! They took my money and I want access to my gold!

No access to my wallet, using my passphrase and no response from the company. Even if you choose the option to setup a new wallet it just gives an error message. Not happy about the lack of customer care, until access is restored not much good to say about AABB or my investment here.
