Ratings and reviews

Reviewing the excursions does not work. Began a review on android and i was unable to see what i was typing because the text entry box was one line and offset from where you type. Then the app crashed without my edits and locked down the review. On top of this, the "5 star" excursion we booked mostly sucked (except for one excellent part) but we were not able to provide constructive criticism or shout out where it was due. The excursions bribe you for a 5 star review before you leave.

The booking process is great and the activities have all been wonderful. The rating system suck out loud. If you don't complete it fully the first time, it still submits. You cannot fix mistakes or add additional information in case something great happened after the activity completed. I had great experiences and the day after the tour, the guides went above and beyond in several ways. Too bad I can't let everyone know about the amazing extras!!

We bought the combination pack that included the "Walk and Dive", " Slide", and "Observation Deck" with inside, outside deck as well as walking out on the glass bottom ledge. One of the really nice things was that the "Walk and Dive" and the "Slide" take photos and videos of you that you can download for free immediately after the experience. The negative part is that the Japanese personnel couldn't read the all-Japanese ticket and sent us into the wrong line where we wasted quite some time.
