Job Photo Proof is a before-and-after job photo app for contractors and small service crews. Keep your work photos, quotes and invoices together, then send one client link with a PDF.
Built for lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, painting, junk removal and property maintenance.
BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS, ORGANIZED BY JOB
Create a job and group photos by area: front lawn, garden beds, driveway, patio, rooms or repairs. Add multiple Before and After photos, choose a cover pair and preview images full screen before sharing. Include the remaining job photos with the document too.
QUOTES AND INVOICES WITH THE WORK IN VIEW
Prepare an estimate or quote for proposed work, or an invoice when the job is finished. Enter a service description, amount and tax rate. US business profiles use USD for new documents; EU profiles use EUR. You remain responsible for the accuracy, taxes and local requirements of your documents.
ONE CLIENT PAGE, WITH A PDF TO KEEP
Share by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber or another installed messaging app. Clients can browse Before and After galleries, open photos for a closer look and download the quote or invoice as a PDF. They do not need to install Job Photo Proof.
OPTIONAL PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Put Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or other US payment instructions on invoices. EU profiles can add an account holder, IBAN and optional bank details. Leave payment instructions off if you arrange payment separately. Job Photo Proof does not collect or confirm customer payments.
OFFLINE PHOTO CAPTURE
After setup and access are available, capture and organize work locally without a signal. Synchronize when connected. Creating a shared client page requires an internet connection.
START WITHOUT EMAIL REGISTRATION
Set up your shop without a Job Photo Proof email account. An optional recovery account helps restore access to your workspace after reinstalling and supports team features. An eligible store purchase restores subscription access; it does not recover an anonymous workspace.
SUBSCRIPTION AND TRIAL
Job Photo Proof Plus requires a monthly app-store subscription after business setup. Eligible new subscribers can receive a three-day free trial, followed by the local monthly price shown by the store. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google. Payment is charged through your store account, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in your store settings. Restore purchases is available on the paywall.
Shared client pages expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Each shared document is a saved version; share again after editing to create an updated page. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
