DropSpot is for the person who already makes the run: the one who drives into the city for dumplings, live crabs and fresh lychee, and comes back with orders for half the neighborhood.

DropSpot turns that run into a scheduled drop. You set the stores, the stops and the close time. Families in your group order from their phones. On drop day you get a pick list and a roster for every stop.

BUILD YOUR CATALOG
• Add the restaurants, markets and bakeries you already shop, with photos
• Import a menu from a photo, a PDF, a link or pasted text, then check every item before it goes live
• Set a markup per store, round prices, and override the price on any item
• Hide items without losing them, and cap how many of an item each drop can sell

SCHEDULE DROPS
• Save templates with your pickup day, stops, time windows, stores and close time, so each week is one tap
• Pin each stop's exact spot on the map, down to the corner of the parking lot
• Close orders early or cancel a drop, and every member is told

GET PAID YOUR WAY
• Tell members how you take payment: cash, Venmo, Zelle or WeChat Pay
• See who has paid, who says they paid, and who still owes
• Record the payment when you hand off, in one tap

DROP DAY
• A pick list by store, or by order with every bag's contents, cold items flagged
• A roster for each stop with every order and its total
• Scan a member's pickup QR code to hand off, or mark a no-show
• Tap "I'm here" to tell everyone at the stop you've arrived

STAY IN TOUCH
• Group chat and direct messages with your members
• Broadcast quick updates to everyone with an order: running late, item sold out, at the stop
• Get notified about join requests, payments and messages
