P&PM Axis runs a building company from one place: the schedule, the money and the jobsite, for the office and the crew alike.

THE SCHEDULE
Import a Primavera P6 schedule or draft one from a few questions. Activities, logic, the critical path, baselines and look-aheads — calculated on the phone and the desk alike, every house on its own line.

THE FIELD
Record progress where the work is: start, finish, percent complete, photos from the camera that find their own job, inspections, punch items and the daily log, printed or emailed with the pictures.

THE MONEY
Budgets by activity, invoices and receipts against them, approvals within each person's limit, what is left and what each job will cost at completion. Cash flow by week, the ledger, and a report for the accountant.

PROCUREMENT AND THE TRADES
Takeoffs with quantities and prices, requests for quotes to three vendors, purchase orders, deliveries, subcontracts signed on the phone. Vendors get their own login and see only their own work — never a figure of yours.

THE TEAM
A conversation for every job, tasks with due dates, and Axis, the assistant that answers questions about the schedule and the books.

Every company's data is walled off from every other's. Each person sees what their seat needs. Works with no signal on site and catches up when it returns.

Axis is for building companies and the people who work with them. Accounts are created by invitation from a company.
